District Coordinator
No. of Positions: 2 (1 per district)
Location: Bahawalnagar and Khanewal
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate all project activities at the district level.
- Serve as the focal point for engaging with stakeholders, including government departments, community members, and consortium partners.
- Ensure the effective and timely implementation of project activities in alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor progress, identify challenges, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Compile and submit reports on project activities and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance to safeguarding, gender and inclusion requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in education or community mobilization initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Experience working in district-level settings, with an understanding of local contexts and challenges.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district and occasionally to other project locations.
