District Coordinator

No. of Positions: 2 (1 per district)
Location: Bahawalnagar and Khanewal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate all project activities at the district level.
  • Serve as the focal point for engaging with stakeholders, including government departments, community members, and consortium partners.
  • Ensure the effective and timely implementation of project activities in alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor progress, identify challenges, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Compile and submit reports on project activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance to safeguarding, gender and inclusion requirements

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in education or community mobilization initiatives.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Experience working in district-level settings, with an understanding of local contexts and challenges.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district and occasionally to other project locations.
  • Commitment to safeguarding practices and working in an inclusive and safe environment.
