Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Location: Bahawalnagar or Khanewal
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project progress and outcomes.
- Develop data collection tools and methodologies to ensure accurate and comprehensive data gathering.
- Lead household survey and ensure data accuracy and timely completion of the task
- Track indicators and analyze project performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
- Collaborate with district teams to ensure consistent data flow and timely reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of learning and accountability systems for the project.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, preferably in education-focused projects.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the education sector and experience working in district-level settings is preferred.

- Willingness to travel within the project districts as required.
