Data Entry Officer

Location: Bahawalnagar or Khanewal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain project data in the prescribed database and management systems.
  • Ensure the timely and error-free entry of data collected from field activities.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Manage and organize digital and physical records for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Collaborate with field teams to resolve discrepancies or incomplete data.
  • Generate periodic reports from the system to support monitoring and evaluation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management software, including Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, or similar platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors in large datasets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple data streams.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior experience in data entry or management within development projects is preferred.
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
