With post-graduation in Human Nutrition, Ms. Kaur has successful experience providing fiscal, strategic and operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations. A dynamic, results-oriented leader who utilizes keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Superior interpersonal skills, capable of providing strategic direction to management and growth issues and motivating staff to highest performance.
Having a background in human nutrition, she has a special interest in providing nutritional advice in a variety of settings in various programs to improve health and wellbeing of poor and marginalized.

Ms. Sadia Iqbal
Head of Programs
Ms. Saadia Iqbal holds Post Graduation in Anthropology from Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad. She has been in the development sector since 1998, working for various National and International NGOs including Cap-net- UNDP, Action aid-Pakistan, PPAF and Sahil in various capacities. Ms. Saadia has been with Mojaz Foundation since 2012. As Head of Programs at Mojaz Foundation, she leads Program Implementation along with providing policy and strategic direction.
She is also responsible for quality control, management reporting, and donor liasioning. She carries vast experience in Program and Project Management, Strategic Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, participatory methodologies and Integrated Water Resource Management.

Mr. Muhammad Usman
Manager Finance & Accounts
Mr. Muhammad Usman is a highly accomplished finance professional with over 12 years of extensive experience in financial management and accounting. His journey began at Mojaz Foundation as an Assistant Finance & Accounts Officer. Through his commitment and expertise, he rapidly advanced within the organization, consistently contributing to its financial stability and operational success.
He is also a certified expert in International Accounting Standards (IAS) through ICMA International, a testament to his advanced knowledge and proficiency in global financial practices. His strategic leadership and professional acumen continue to drive MSP’s mission forward, ensuring sound financial governance and long-term sustainability.

Ms. Mehwish Rasheed
Manager Human Resource
Ms. Mehwish Rasheed has been the Manager of Human Resources at MOJAZ Foundation since February 2012. She holds an MS in Entrepreneurship and SME Management from GC University Lahore and has over 10 years of experience in HR management, talent development, and organizational growth. She focuses on employee engagement, performance management, and developing HR policies and strategies that promote a positive work environment and support employee retention.
As Manager HR, she oversees talent acquisition, recruitment, performance management, and employee development programs, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. She also serves as the Gender Focal Person to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. Her contributions have earned her multiple recognitions, including appreciation from the CEO and awards for her dedicated service. She continues to lead HR initiatives that drive organizational growth and employee empowerment at MOJAZ

Ms. Nazia Yasmeen
Gender & Safeguarding Focal Person
Nazia Yasmeen leads Mojaz Foundation’s efforts in safeguarding and gender equality. She implements safeguarding policies, ensuring a safe environment for beneficiaries, staff, and volunteers. Nazia’s role at Mojaz involves conducting safeguarding inductions, delivering tailored training, and ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards.
Her work emphasizes protection frameworks aligned with anti-sexual harassment laws and safeguarding standards.

Ms. Saliha Mubeen
IT Focal Person
Saliha Mubeen holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Narowal. She joined MOJAZ Foundation in 2023 and has since played a key role in managing the organization’s IT infrastructure. Saliha is responsible for developing and maintaining the organization’s website, ensuring its functionality and timely updates.
She also provides technical support for hardware and software issues, resolves user queries, and documents solutions to improve future support efficiency. Her meticulous approach to IT management ensures secure, reliable systems that align with the organization’s objectives.
