Capacity Building Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate training sessions for Police, Judiciary, and community groups.
- Develop/adapt training manuals and materials.
- Provide technical support for HR orientation, gender audits, and curriculum integration.
- Support evaluation of trainings and follow-up mentoring.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Law, Gender Studies, Education, or Social Sciences.
- 4–5 years’ experience in training facilitation and capacity building.
- Strong knowledge of gender-responsive justice and adult learning methods.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training modules/manuals.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
