Capacity Building Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate training sessions for Police, Judiciary, and community groups.
  • Develop/adapt training manuals and materials.
  • Provide technical support for HR orientation, gender audits, and curriculum integration.
  • Support evaluation of trainings and follow-up mentoring.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Law, Gender Studies, Education, or Social Sciences.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in training facilitation and capacity building.
  • Strong knowledge of gender-responsive justice and adult learning methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop training modules/manuals.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
