Community Mobilisers
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize community sessions and awareness events.
- Mobilize women, youth, and parents for project activities.
- Facilitate linkages with police, judiciary, and local networks.
- Collect field data and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of field/community mobilization experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in GBV or women’s rights projects preferred.
- Fluency in Urdu and local languages.
