Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (M&E) Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage M&E framework, tools, and databases.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, FGDs, and surveys.
- Collect, analyze, and report disaggregated project data.
- Ensure timely submission of progress, outcome, and final reports.
- Coordinate case studies and lessons learned documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant M&E experience with INGOs/UN projects.
- Strong knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and statistical tools
- Strong report-writing and analytical skills.
