Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (M&E) Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage M&E framework, tools, and databases.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, FGDs, and surveys.
  • Collect, analyze, and report disaggregated project data.
  • Ensure timely submission of progress, outcome, and final reports.
  • Coordinate case studies and lessons learned documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant M&E experience with INGOs/UN projects.
  • Strong knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and statistical tools
  • Strong report-writing and analytical skills.
