Accountability and Transparency
| Accountability and Transparency
At Mojaz Foundation, accountability and transparency are at the heart of our work. We place communities at the center of our programs, ensuring they have a voice in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of every intervention. Our commitment to humanitarian accountability is reflected in our adherence to the “Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS)”, which guide our relief and emergency efforts.
We prioritize open communication with our stakeholders, sharing critical insights through research reports, baselines, annual reports, project completion summaries, quick impact assessments, and third-party evaluations. Feedback is integral to our mission, helping us:
- Ensure accountability to the communities we serve.
- Continuously enhance the effectiveness of our work.
We maintain a “complaints redressal mechanism” at both the organizational and project levels, with dedicated phone lines and email addresses for stakeholders to submit complaints. We believe that everyone has the right to voice their concerns, receive a response, and have their issues addressed promptly.
Our “Code of Conduct” policy is mandatory for all staff, partners, vendors, and program participants. Those directly interacting with the communities we support are required to understand and sign this policy, reinforcing our commitment to ethical and accountable practices across all operations.
