Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and management of the UN Women project.
• Coordinate with Police, Judiciary, Bar Council, and UN Women focal points.
• Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Supervise project staff and ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Ensure compliance with donor and organizational policies, including safeguarding.
• Prepare narrative and financial reports for UN Women.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in project management (preferably with UN, INGOs, or donor-funded programs).
• Strong leadership, donor reporting, and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated experience in gender equality, access to justice, and inclusion.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
